How to Access the YHDP Dashboard

The HMIS Reporting Repository is to be used only by persons authorized to report on a HUD Continuum of Care for the Homeless (CoC) or Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program. The information collected here have been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44U S.C. 3501 3520) The Annual Performance Reporting for the CoC is estimated to average 4-5 hours per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed and completing and reviewing the collection of information. OMB approval No. 2506-0145 (exp. pending)
